Job Description



Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Senior SAP Payroll Analyst will play a key role in delivering accurate, compliant payroll while supporting systems improvements and broader payroll initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing payroll reporting and maintaining data integrity across SAP and SuccessFactors
  • Contributing to payroll systems enhancements, testing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting End‑to‑end delivery of payroll across multiple entities and states
  • Processing terminations, out‑of‑cycle payments and post‑pay reconciliations
  • Managing statutory obligations including STP, superannuation and payroll tax
  • Supporting audits and compliance reporting
  • Partnering with People and Finance teams on payroll‑related projects
  • Maintaining and improving payroll documentation, controls and processes
  • Providing high‑quality payroll support and advice to internal stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end payroll in a large, multi‑entity environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian payroll legislation across multiple states
  • Solid SAP payroll experience (essential), with exposure to system enhancements or implementations highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent reconciliation and reporting capability
  • Comfortable working in a change environment with competing priorities
  • Proactive, collaborative and improvement‑focused
