Job Description

  • Be the main contact for day‑to‑day operational matters with clients and local and overseas suppliers.
  • Respond promptly to client enquiries, including quotes, orders, repairs and custom requests.
  • Manage orders from start to finish, coordinating with overseas manufacturers and confirming details and delivery timelines.
  • Prepare and send accurate order confirmations, keeping clients informed throughout the process.
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet client needs, resolve issues and improve service outcomes.
  • Build strong client relationships through regular follow‑ups, attention to detail and reliable service.
  • Regularly review inventory levels and manage stock, including organising returns to overseas manufacturers.
  • Plan and manage weekly import and export shipments, ensuring they run on time and accurately.
  • Track all domestic and international shipments from dispatch to delivery, resolving any delays or issues.
  • Reconcile stock after each shipment to ensure records are accurate.
  • Prepare and share clear shipment schedules for ongoing imports, keeping internal teams and manufacturers aligned.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Supply Chain Coordinator should have:

  • A strong background in supply chain within the luxury goods industry.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management systems and tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
