Job Description

As the Senior Workforce Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping workforce efficiency and labour optimisation across the business. You will partner directly with senior Finance, Commercial, Payroll and operational stakeholders, using large-scale datasets, advanced modelling, and AI-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

Key focus areas include:

  • Translating complex labour and workforce data into actionable insights for non‑technical leaders
  • Designing and deploying AI and machine‑learning models to understand labour cost variations, productivity drivers, and optimisation opportunities
  • Building executive-ready dashboards and briefings (Power BI) highlighting trends, risks, and improvement outcomes
  • Challenging existing processes and influencing labour transformation initiatives
  • Supporting organisational objectives and contributing to a collaborative, people‑focused culture

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong excel capability
  • Strong analytical ability with experience working across large datasets
  • Demonstrated experience preparing insights, reports and recommendations
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly to a broad range of stakeholders
  • Familiarity with AI tools will be looked upon favourably
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to influence change
