Job Description

  • Support the technology team in delivering efficient services.
  • Identify and rectify service delivery issues promptly.
  • Provide expert advice to team members and users.
  • Monitor and report on service delivery performance.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure coordinated working.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Service Delivery Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
  • 3-5 years experience in a technology-focused role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • The ability to be able to do what will help the team whether it is in your responsibilities or not.
