Job Description

  • Service Delivery Oversight: Full accountability for delivering maintenance and support services under government contracts, ensuring outcomes meet agreed KPIs for time, cost, and quality.
  • Contract Management: Review system performance, manage client interface and reporting, resource scheduling, subcontractor and supplier coordination, financial tracking, and documentation compliance.
  • Process Implementation: Establish and manage bespoke support processes, including call handling, escalation, spares and repairs, asset management, and public sector data management.
  • Technical Supervision: Oversee troubleshooting, remediation, installation, and commissioning of systems; manage resolution of customer/internal issues within SLA.
  • Reporting & Improvement: Provide periodic and corrective action reports, implement tools for system maintenance improvement.
  • Budget & Project Management: Plan and manage contract budgets, deliver new systems as ordered, and lead internal projects.
  • Leadership: Responsibility for 10 direct reports, coordination across teams and senior leadership engagement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in service delivery management and project management (certification preferred).
  • Strong background in maintenance of complex technology systems, root cause analysis, and design improvement.
  • Knowledge of embedded computing, sensor-based technology, and logistics/asset management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage KPIs and SLAs.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace and MS Office tools.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service quality.
