About Our Client
Our client is a multinational organisation and they have a need for a service desk analyst to join their growing team.
The Successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Responsible for handling the initial client contact at the Technology Service Desk via telephone, email, chat or portal.
- Perform troubleshooting to resolve or escalate to the appropriate Tier 2 teams.
- Research and resolve more complex field application and business process issues.
- Log and manage incidents and requests.
- Application testing, upgrades and deployment.
- Communicate effectively in Japanese.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will ideally possess the following:
- Experience in a similar position or a strong interest in IT.
- Experience with Microsoft suite.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Must be Fluent in Japanese.
