About Our Client

Our client is a multinational organisation and they have a need for a service desk analyst to join their growing team.

Job Description

The Successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for handling the initial client contact at the Technology Service Desk via telephone, email, chat or portal.
  • Perform troubleshooting to resolve or escalate to the appropriate Tier 2 teams.
  • Research and resolve more complex field application and business process issues.
  • Log and manage incidents and requests.
  • Application testing, upgrades and deployment.
  • Communicate effectively in Japanese.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will ideally possess the following:

  • Experience in a similar position or a strong interest in IT.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication.
  • Must be Fluent in Japanese.
