About Our Client
Our well known client is currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst with excellent communication skills and customer service skills and experience working in a high volume ITIL Service Desk environment to join their team.
The successful applicant will ideally possess the following:
- Previous experience in a service desk role within a KPI focused environment
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, MS Office and Outlook/Exchange
- Solid experience across SOE design and build
- ITIL certification is a must
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Track record of delivering services with agreed KPI's and SLA's
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Bright personality with attention to detail
