About Our Client
A new opportunity has become available for a 1st level support person to join an excellent organisation on a part time contract. The contract is for 1 year and requires you to work for 4 hours each day. (Monday to Friday)
Our well known client is currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst with excellent communication skills and customer service skills and experience working in a high volume ITIL Service Desk environment to join their team.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will ideally possess the following:
- Previous experience in a service desk role
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, MS Office and Outlook/Exchange
- ITIL certification is a must
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Bright personality with attention to detail
