Job Description

  • Provide first/second-line support for legal staff, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist with Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor email security, manage mobile devices and deploy software patches.
  • Work with the IT team on system upgrades and new tech implementations.



The Successful Applicant

  • 12-18 months of IT support or Service Desk experience in a professional services or legal setting.
  • Expertise in Azure, Office 365, Outlook, Exchange, SCCM, Mimecast, and Intune.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive approach to supporting users at all levels of the organization.
