Job Description

Working as part of the national Product Support Team, on a day to day basis you will be involved in:

  • Providing training and support to our Partners Technical Teams on the installation, service and maintenance of their products, retraining of underperforming ones, both online and in-practice and ensuring technical support is provided along the full customer adoption journey
  • Driving every practice to be fully self-sufficient in all the software and hardware solutions
  • Installation of the company products
  • Feedback to management on market trends and competition
  • Maintain comprehensive records through the CRM to report activity

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience and proven success as a service technician or service desk either having worked in an asset management or security field (desirable)

  • Delivered or interested in delivering technical product training/education

  • Ability to influence and provoke customers ways of thinking.

  • Strong organizational skills

  • A high level of IT knowledge and an appreciation for new technology

  • The ability to build and maintain positive mutual partnerships with internal and external customers

  • The successfull candidate should be elegiable to obtain and/or maintain a Security Clearance (Australian Citizen)
