About Our Client
Our client is a leading provider of education and training in Australia, providing learning solutions to over 45,000 users including banks and leading financial services providing organisations.
They are highly respected and renowned for our committed and rigorous approach to industry education standards. In recent years, they have made a significant investment in learning science, which underlines an emphasis on constantly providing quality outcomes.
Your day to day will revolve around delivering an excellent customer service experience to our clients existing customer base, You will be be providing 1st and 2nd level along with logging tickets, troubleshooting, password resets and document review.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate:
- Demonstrated experience in a level 1 and 2 environment
- At least 2 years experience with Service Now and Active Directory
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Pleasant and approachable with a customer service focus
- Ready for an immediate start
