Job Description
- Working collaboratively with the IT Service Desk team
- Provide ongoing training and mentoring to the IT Service Desk team
- Managing shift rosters of IT Service Desk employees
- Ensuring work flow is distributed equally and meeting the requirements of the business
- Managing and assisting with the coordination of major incidents
- Operational day-to-day functions of the service desk team
- Ensuring the team delivers exceptional service to the internal clients of the business
- Managing employee development, performance reviews & recruitment
- Ensuring the team are meeting the international SLA guidelines
The Successful Applicant
- Degree or diploma or equivalent in an IT discipline
- Experience in diagnosis and repair of hardware and software issues on servers and client computers
- Experience with installation, maintenance, repair and support of the ICT environment and systems by applying knowledge and technical skills across several technologies
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing teams of IT Technical resources to deliver to required SLAs.
- Highly organised leadership and guidance skills
- Able to provide detailed reporting and analysis of organisational Technology Service Delivery
- Experience in ServiceNow ticketing tool
