Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage service transition activities to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop and implement readiness plans for new technology services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks during transitions.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed and prepared for changes in services.
  • Oversee documentation and reporting related to service readiness and transitions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of transition processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the resolution of any issues arising during the transition phase.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Service Transition and Readiness Lead should have:
