Job Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.
  • Analyse and map business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Configure and customise the ServiceNow HRSD platform to align with business objectives.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow HRSD-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including workflows, user guides, and system configurations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Conduct user training sessions to enhance adoption and utilisation of the platform.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow HRSD best practices and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful ServiceNow Business Analyst - HRSD should have:

  • Proven experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules and functionalities.
  • Strong analytical skills to map and optimise business processes.
  • Hands-on expertise in configuring and customising the ServiceNow platform.
