Michael Page are currently recruiting a Site Manager role for a growing Tier 2 builder who specialise in high rise and medium rise residential projects up to $20m in value. The initial project will be delivering a luxury townhouse project on the north side of Brisbane with good site access.

About Our Client

Our client is a well respected, financially stable builder based close to Brisbane CBD. They take huge pride in their high quality workmanship, relationship building, and sustainable business growth.

Due to a very strong pipeline of projects for the next 5+ years, they are now looking to add a new Site Manager to their team. The initial project will be on the north side of Brisbane

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Day to day management and coordination of sub-contractors on site
  • Ensuring a safe site at all times
  • Quality control and defect minimisation
  • Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure project deadlines are met



The Successful Applicant

Selection criteria will include:

  • QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or ability to obtain one at relatively short notice)
  • Good level of computer literacy (Procore preferred but not critical)
  • Trade background preferred (carpentry)
  • Track record of delivering commercial or residential projects up to $20m
