About Our Client
Our client is a builder/developer who boast a track record of over 25 years in the Queensland market. They build projects in the residential sector. Projects are generally luxury homes in the inner Brisbane region and can be valued up to $5m.
Job Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering projects to $5m value
- Ensuring a safe site is the highest priority
- Ensuring quality workmanship and minimising defects
- Driving the program
The Successful Applicant
Selection criteria will include:
- Demonstrable experience delivering luxury residential projects
- QBCC Site Supervisor licence
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
