Job Description
- Managing entire project from start to completion
- Manage clients and subcontractor relationships
- Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
- Lead and implement WHS, Quality and Environmental standards
- Managing and maintaining the design process
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in the local Australian construction market, preferably on Commercial and / or Residential (Apartment) projects valued at $30M +
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a project team
- Passion for construction and a high work ethic
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Associated construction qualification
