Job Description

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and grow the organisation's presence across various social media platforms, predominantly LinkedIn and X.
  • Create engaging and relevant content to drive audience engagement and brand awareness for owned channels.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimise performance and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Respond to social media interactions and maintain positive relationships with the online community.
  • Analyse campaign performance and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in social media management.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Social Media Lead should have:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Canva and Hubspot.
  • Proficiency in content creation and social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A creative mindset and a strategic approach to problem-solving
