Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers
  • Develop and implement technical strategies
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions
  • Ensure software quality and performance standards are met
  • Carry out software architecture and design tasks
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables

The Successful Applicant

A successful Software Engineering Team Lead should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Have advanced skills in C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, C, C++ or similar languages, plus experience with Azure.
  • Have expertise in relational databases such as SQL Server, Postgres or MySQL.
  • Proven experience in leading software engineering teams
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture and design
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
  • Proficiency in modern software development methodologies
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities



This role will be based in Perth, candidates will need to be based in Perth, Western Australia and already hold the required working rights.
