Job Description

Strategic Solution Architecture

  • Lead end‑to‑end blueprinting of enterprise transformation programs, translating business goals into scalable solution architectures
  • Define governance models for application grouping, versioning, and deployments
  • Ensure alignment between business needs, solution design, and platform capabilities
  • Identify and address shadow IT across client environments, mapping unsanctioned tools to secure, governed workflows on the platform



Architecture Leadership & Design Excellence

  • Define, maintain, and enforce architectural standards, frameworks, and design principles across professional services engagements
  • Act as the central authority for solution design reviews, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability
  • Guide teams through complex design challenges and continuously uplift delivery quality



Best Practices & Knowledge Enablement

  • Build and maintain a repository of reusable assets, patterns, and reference architectures
  • Conduct internal design workshops and architecture reviews to strengthen capability across delivery teams
  • Benchmark projects to identify, document, and share best practices



Innovation & Research Leadership

  • Research emerging technologies and design approaches to improve efficiency and solution maturity
  • Pilot new frameworks and validate architecture models to enhance platform adoption at scale
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, sharing field insights to influence product roadmaps



Customer Advisory & Executive Engagement

  • Partner with CXOs and senior IT leaders to shape solution strategy and governance models
  • Represent Professional Services in architecture councils and technical review forums
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers toward sustainable, enterprise‑ready low‑code architectures

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions on low‑code/no‑code platforms, such as Pega, Appian, OutSystems, Mendix, PowerApps, ServiceNow, or similar
  • Minimum 3-4 years of hands‑on experience working with low‑code platforms
  • Strong understanding of business process management, workflow automation, data modelling, and system integration (APIs, web services, middleware)
  • Demonstrated ability to help organizations transition from legacy or manual processes to low‑code ecosystems
  • Experience architecting scalable, maintainable solutions across multiple applications
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong stakeholder influence skills-leading through expertise rather than hierarchy
  • Exceptional communication and executive‑level advisory capability
  • Deep understanding of technology and business challenges within Retail, FMCG, or Manufacturing sectors
  • Proven ability to develop and present compelling transformation narratives and business cases to C‑level stakeholders (CIOs, CDOs), clearly articulating value and ROI
