Job Description

  • Support the end‑to‑end solution design and technical outcomes for integrated delivery and test initiatives.
  • Act as the primary bridge between Project Managers and technical / integration teams to ensure requirements are clear, complete, and delivery‑ready.
  • Provide technical guidance and support functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Provide solution engineering and architectural expertise across applications, platforms, and infrastructure.
  • Solicit, document, and present how applications integrate with upstream and downstream systems.
  • Create clear diagrams and visual views to communicate system integrations and solution scope to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain governance, traceability, and documentation of solution decisions, assumptions, and dependencies through Jira and Confluence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Solutions Engineer should have:

  • A strong background in technology and solutions engineering within banking industry.
  • Knowledge of the banking application and integration landscape.
  • Experience working in large‑scale, regulated enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts, environment orchestration, and automation‑first delivery.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure engagement and translating solution needs into infrastructure outcomes.
  • Strong documentation discipline with experience using Jira and Confluence
