Job Description

  • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team through in-field support and people development
  • Use CRM tools and sales analytics to identify growth opportunities and support team performance
  • Execute sales strategies to increase market share across Melbourne
  • Contribute to the development and execution of state and national sales plans
  • Provide ongoing product and sales training to strengthen customer relationships
  • Monitor performance against KPIs through regular reporting
  • Align team activities with broader business objectives and senior management direction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within the Sales department

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing a sales team
  • Industry experience in timber or construction highly regarded
  • Proven success selling int the building and construction industry
  • Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities
  • Excellent business development and customer engagement skills
