As Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of store operations for Tool Kit Depot's newest location, Toowoomba. You'll drive sales, compliance, and performance while fostering a culture of care, innovation, and fun.

Job Description

  • Lead store operations including sales, P&L, compliance, and team performance
  • Drive profitability and achieve sales targets across all site functions
  • Manage stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation standards
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and service delivery
  • Recruit, coach, and develop team members across multiple roles
  • Manage rosters, leave calendars, and performance reviews
  • Maintain WHS compliance and foster a safety-first culture
  • Represent TKD at trade shows, stocktakes, and promotional events
  • Travel occasionally and work flexibly across a 5-day roster

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven leadership experience in retail or trade/industrial tools environment
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, KPIs, and customer needs
  • Skilled in team development, coaching, and performance management
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
  • Commercially savvy with a passion for customer service
  • Forklift license and frontline management qualifications (desirable)
  • Current driver's license and willingness to travel (if necessary)
