The Successful Applicant

A successful Strategic Research Lead should have:

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in working with legal frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in research tools and software.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
    • Strong research and analytical capability ideally with exposure to professional services (consulting, big four, financial services)
    • Ability to turn complex information into clear, senior-level insights
    • Strong stakeholder management focus. The role leans towards strategic insight delivery rather than pure data analysis
