Job Description
- Assist with the development of new business opportunities as part of the group's digital ecosystem
- Develop and negotiate commercial terms for new business opportunities
- Assist with developing and delivering the digital business's development plan
- Prepare financial models for new business opportunities
- Prepare presentations to communicate potential opportunities including M&A, partnerships, etc.
- Conduct high quality quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve complex, strategic problems across the business
- Synthesise analysis to draw conclusions and provide recommendations to the business to identify opportunities in line with strategic priorities
- Support the development and execution of financial models for potential M&A or partnership opportunities
- Understand business contexts and key stakeholders as key inputs to the development of opportunities that will drive effective business change
The Successful Applicant
- Several years' experience post-degree
- A strong Strategy tool kit from a consulting house or you will come from an investment banking, private equity, venture capital or corporate development background
- You will have a background working in the retail or ecommerce space
- Experience in developing Strategies and managing projects
