Michael Page are currently recruiting a Structural Foreman for a well respected mid tier builder based on the south side of Brisbane. The initial project is to deliver a residential apartment project approximately 15kms south of Brisbane CBD.

About Our Client

Our client is a small, family owned business who pride themselves on delivering high quality projects for clients in both the private and public sector. Their primary focus is delivering multi-residential projects up to 8 storeys, but they also deliver commercial build projects.

Job Description

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing sub-contractors on site - especially structural trades
  • Liaising with the Site Manager to ensure quality standards are met
  • Ensuring safety requirements are met at all times

The Successful Applicant

Selection criteria will include:

  • Previous experience delivering multi-level residential or commercial projects up to 5+ storeys
  • Trade background
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Decent level of computer literacy
