Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Manage complex enquiries and application assessments for prospective students
  • Provide advice on most suitable course and study mode
  • Assist with on-boarding and promote student retention
  • Provide an excellent experience to students
  • Ensure strong record-keeping procedures are maintained

The Successful Applicant

Successful applicant will exhibit:

  • Quick to understand study programs and prerequisites required
  • Experience with Client Relationship Management System (Salesforce)
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and enhance stakeholder relations
  • Proficient verbal communication skills to clearly convey important information and ideas
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients
