Job Description

  • Capture and document current-state and future integration requirements across internal and external systems
  • Define and maintain integration specifications and ensure version control throughout delivery
  • Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of integration solutions
  • Coordinate delivery activities in partnership with external implementation providers
  • Lead a small team of analysts and coordinate vendor resources
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to ensure clear requirements definition
  • Manage integration risks, issues, and dependencies across the program lifecycle
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior stakeholders and governance forums
  • Contribute to the overall program environments strategy to ensure readiness across delivery phases
  • Ensure integration solutions align with standard platform capabilities where appropriate

The Successful Applicant

A successful Integration Lead should have:

  • Track record delivering implementations and leading integration for SuccessFactors, with use of SAP Cloud Integration (CPI)
