This team owns the Supplier Governance Framework on behalf of Enterprise Procurement, supports the governance of for material outsourcing arrangements and material business activities and will lead the uplift required to meet the changing needs of the bank.Support the development/maintenance of procurement policies and procedures in line with industry best practice and regulatory requirements.Support any uplift required to comply with APRA supplier related requirements (such as CPS 230) and support other regulatory change projects with supplier impacts.Assist to develop and embed supplier management framework for supplier relationships for the Bank.Develop guidance in the form of procedure documents, FAQ, training and communication, intranet uplift.Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure that all policies and procedures are understood and adhered to.Provide SME support for questions around outsourcing framework and processes.Prepare governance assessments and summaries for senior management to present to board or management committees or forums.Reporting and analytics over key metrics providing insights into areas of responsibility.
