We're recruiting a temp to support the finance team during a busy year-end and audit period following a recent resignation. This is a hands-on role blending finance systems support and accounting, ideal for someone proactive, curious, and comfortable working independently.

Our client is a well-established, medium-sized organisation. They are dedicated to operational excellence and are known for their commitment to maintaining a high standard of financial processes and systems.

Job Description

  • Provide first-level support for the Finance ERP (Oracle Fusion Cloud) and related systems (GL, AP, fixed assets, inventory)
  • Maintain system integrity, data accuracy, and integration's
  • Support month-end and year-end processes, including audit requirements
  • Assist end users with system queries and drive consistent system usage
  • Administer reconciliation tools such as BlackLine (desirable)
  • Support finance system improvements and digital initiatives
  • Deliver ad hoc reporting and data analysis (Excel / Power BI)



The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (3 + years)
  • Experience using ERP systems (Oracle, any version considered)
  • Strong Excel skills; Power BI desirable
  • Systems-savvy with a willingness to learn and troubleshoot
  • CPA/CA desirable but not essential
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
