About Our Client
Our client is listed on the ASX and has a strong global track record in acquiring and developing successful, high-return assets. With production starting on one of their latest mines just over 12 months ago, they are working towards a significant increase in their annual production for Y2022.
Job Description
- Gathering business requirements for potential systems improvements;
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and process confirmation;
- Demonstrate troubleshooting to enable effective escalation to systems provider;
- Documentation of issues for root cause analysis;
- Documenting systems changes and configuration;
- Support Ramesys BI reporting tool improvements and documentation
- Mediating between the business and systems provider for escalation management and resolution of system issues;
- Work with systems provider to administer systems access and approval limits in accordance with the Approvals Policy;
- Supporting other finance related systems
The Successful Applicant
- 5-10 years' accounting experience;
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably using Pronto or similar ERP systems;
- Advanced financial systems and ERP reporting skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to influence key business stakeholders;
- An ability to educate and train key users;
- A track record of successfully delivering organisational and personal KPIs;
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail.
