Role Overview:As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will play a vital role in this client's mission by attracting top talent to join the dynamic team. Based in the Sydney CBD office full time (5 days on site) you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute end-to-end hiring processes.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates to identify the best talent for various roles within the organisation.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and on boarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to enhance recruitment processes, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Utilise recruitment metrics and data analysis to track performance and identify areas for optimisation.



The Successful Applicant

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or health care industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
