About Our Client

Our client is a large retailer, who is looking for a number of Talent Acquisition Coordinator's to help with a high volume recruitment project.

Job Description

This position will support the Talent Acquisition team in the coordination, execution and tracking of all activities related to recruitment. More specifically the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will:

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialists to provide recruitment support such as reference checks, police checks and other procedures
  • Organise and facilitate induction
  • Provide user advice and guidance to employees and managers in relation to HR Systems
  • Support and maintain compliance activities, assist with reporting and maintain accurate recruitment data

The Successful Applicant

You are an experienced coordinator who has worked in a fast paced environment. You are a team player who has an eye for detail and enjoys bringing people together. More specifically you have:

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Highly developed written and oral communication abilities
  • Experience coordinating a team in a complex environment
  • The ability to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
