About Our Client
Our client is a well-known mining organisation urgently seeking an experienced blue and white collar Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their rapidly growing team.
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager this role is responsible for end to end recruitment of blue and white collar roles.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- briefing candidates
- interviewing candidates
- offer management
- supporting with on-boarding
- reference checking
- booking pre-employment medical checks
- all other recruitment related activities
The Successful Applicant
At least 2-3 years of end to end recruitment experience.
Preferably mixed mining blue and white collar recruitment experience.
