Job Description

Our client is rapidly growing and the Talent Acquisition team is an integral driving force. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance for high volume hiring needs across multiple business units
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruiting plans
  • Develop and implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract talent
  • Continuously analyse and evaluate recruitment processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Be an active part of ongoing projects

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have a strong track record with volume recruitment and possess;

  • Previous experience managing high volume recruitment processes (ideally a blend of agency and internal)
  • Demonstrated experience building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple searches and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
