Job Description

As a Manager you will join an already established team of 30 and assist high net worth clients with their tax needs and be wholly involved in the business life cycle. You will also have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and help mentor junior team members as well as getting involved in client management and project work. As a senior associate you will be responsible for:

  • Managing clients and complex tax issues
  • Design and implement structures that are fit for the purposes of our client's commercial objectives
  • Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office including representing our clients during ATO engagements, and to manage their tax reporting obligations
  • Providing advice around the purchase of new investments or business assets
  • Supporting families as they look to transfer wealth between generations

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar tax based role and be able to demonstrate a customer centric approach, to ensure clients get the best service. The successful Manager will meet the following criteria:

  • A relevant bachelors degree
  • Must be CA or CPA qualified
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • The ability to foster strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
