Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage events and projects from concept to completion.
  • MUST be open to interstate travel, client & networking events held at least 6-7 times per year.
  • Be the gate keeper and first point of contact to the managing director: calendar management, inbox. management, financial reporting.
  • Handle logistics, budgeting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Liaise with clients, facilitators, and vendors to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Maintain project time lines, documentation, and evaluation reports.
  • Support program facilitators and travel as needed.
  • Assist in marketing, alumni engagement, and business development.
  • Oversee office administration, diary management, and financial reporting.



Skills & Experience

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, MS Teams, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in projects, events administration, or as a team/personal/executive assistant.
  • Strong background in stakeholder communication and relationship management.
  • Experience handling logistics, budgeting, and program coordination.
  • Familiarity with psychology, counselling, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using event management and office software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

The successful candidate must possess a strong "can do" approach whilst having the ability to work both autonomously and within a team. A high standard of attention to detail and time management skills are imperative along with the ability to provide a high level of professionalism and customer service to both internal and external stake holders.
