The Team Leader - Health Sales plays a central role in driving team results, coaching Sales Brokers, and ensuring quality, compliance, and customer excellence.

Job Description

  • Lead and support a team of Sales Brokers to achieve sales and performance targets.
  • Set monthly goals, GROW plans, and KPIs while ensuring accountability across the team.
  • Provide regular coaching, mentoring, call calibrations, and performance feedback.
  • Champion sales processes and ensure adherence to compliance, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture built on respect, communication, and ethical leadership.
  • Handle escalations, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong team dynamics.
  • Manage staffing, daily workflow, leave planning, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers, People & Culture, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and Tech teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales effectiveness, customer service, and operational efficiency.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience leading or coaching sales teams in a KPI‑driven environment.
  • Strong communication, influence, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to motivate, mentor, and uplift capability across diverse team members.
  • Confident managing performance, giving feedback, and addressing issues promptly.
  • Skilled at conflict resolution and maintaining positive team culture.
  • Customer‑focused with strong quality and compliance awareness.
  • High levels of integrity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
  • Strong problem‑solving ability and a proactive, solutions‑driven mindset.
