Job Description

In this role, you'll be the link between customers, account managers, and logistics teams, ensuring smooth operations from order to delivery. You'll handle a mix of administrative tasks and proactive problem solving, making every day varied and fast paced. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Preparing and issuing quotations, processing orders, and confirming delivery schedules
  • Following up on quotes, order acknowledgements, invoicing, and delivery details
  • Supporting account managers with stock checks, contracts, and documentation
  • Coordinating shipping logistics, including import/export operations and customs clearance
  • Liaising with third party logistics providers to manage inventory and delivery timelines
  • Working closely with supply chain, sales, and planning teams to ensure smooth operations



The Successful Applicant

We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys being the go to person for customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience in a customer service or sales support role ( with proven stability and tenure ideally 2-3 years in the same role)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal-with a professional and approachable style
  • A proactive mindset, capable of anticipating issues and resolving them before they escalate
  • A collaborative attitude, with the ability to work closely with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams
  • Problem solving ability and resilience when dealing with complex or time sensitive requests
