We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst - ERP to support the implementation and optimisation of ERP systems within the industrial and manufacturing industry. This role is based in Brisbane and requires a professional with a strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.

Job Description

  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Lead ERP system implementation, upgrades, and integration projects.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations.
  • Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure effective system utilisation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored ERP solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational and industry standards in all ERP-related activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Business Analyst - ERP should have:

  • Proven experience in business analysis within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in documenting technical requirements and processes.
  • A proactive attitude and a focus on delivering results.
