Job Description

  • Identifying and analysing business needs and requirements.
  • Developing and implementing effective business solutions.
  • Working closely with the technology department to drive enhancements.
  • Managing and delivering project milestones successfully.
  • Performing quality assurance and risk assessments.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Tracking and documenting changes in functional and business specifications.
  • Providing leadership to team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Analyst should have:

  • An academic background in business, technology or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of technology and its application to business solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • A knack for problem-solving and a customer-centric approach.
  • Engage in backlog management
  • Engage in quality assurance and testing
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the leisure, travel and tourism industry is desirable, but not essential
  • Experience working with external vendors is desirable, but not essential.
