Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients, including businesses and organizations in the relevant industry.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate technical details and benefits to customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing how solutions meet their needs.
  • Manage and grow an existing customer base, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, customer service, etc.) to ensure successful product delivery and customer support.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements while maintaining profit margins.
  • Provide technical support to clients throughout the sales process and after the sale to ensure product integration and performance.
  • Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
