Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities.
  • Provide technical, solution focused advice and product recommendations tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery and support of products.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Sales Representative should have:

  • Previous experience in technical sales across mining.
  • A solid understanding of technical product specifications and applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
  • The ability to work independently while managing a diverse client portfolio.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to track and manage sales activities.
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel across the Goldfields as required.
