Job Description

  • Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice on products and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market share.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Territory Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the mining industry.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A customer-focused attitude and ability to build long-term relationships.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel
