Job Description



  • Account Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with approximately 45 key accounts in the Townsville region, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.


  • Sales Growth - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC sector, aiming to increase market share and achieve sales targets.


  • Territory Coverage - Regularly travel within the assigned territory, including overnight stays, to effectively manage customer needs and expand the client base.


  • Technical Expertise - Provide clients with knowledgeable insights into HVAC products and solutions, tailoring recommendations to meet specific requirements.


  • Time Management - Efficiently plan and execute a call cycle, balancing customer visits, administrative tasks, and strategic planning to maximize productivity.



The Successful Applicant



  • Proven Sales Experience - Demonstrated success in account management and business development within the HVAC industry, with a focus on technical sales.


  • Technical Proficiency - Solid understanding of HVAC systems and solutions, enabling effective communication of product benefits to clients.


  • Excellent Communication Skills - Ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse customer base, including wholesalers, contractors, and business owners.


  • Self-Motivated and Autonomous - Capable of working independently, managing time effectively, and thriving in a role that involves significant travel and minimal supervision.


  • Detail-Oriented and Compliant - Adherence to company policies and procedures, with a meticulous approach to gathering and managing customer information.
