Job Description

Event Management

  • Based on the global strategy and guidelines, develop the local events strategy and programs for professionals (clinicians, lab technicians), such as congresses, workshops, exhibitions, and lectures, incl. learning content and knowledge sharing, in line with the marketing strategy. Manage guest relations to create an exceptional guest experience.
  • Build and manage the communication, campaigns, and promotional strategies, plans, and tools to support these events, in collaboration with the Country Manager.
  • Work closely with the Country Manager and Financial Controller to plan events and topics that support our annual marketing/sales plan.


  • Based on global strategy and guidelines, develop and monitor the local training strategy and program targeting professionals to find and develop Key Experts (KEs). Oversee the proper planning of training activities on new products and solutions in line with global product launches.
  • Ensure professional evaluation of local training activities, enforcing effective reporting and reliable analytics, while measuring success.
  • Plan and coordinate projects and new ideas that will continue to enhance the educational experience the client offers
  • Liaise with key partners and KOLs to develop strategic partnerships.


  • Develop, implement and manage strategies to drive awareness of company Training and Events to increase participation and drive positive Brand Awareness.
  • Develop strategic marketing plan. Report trends to the country manager and agree solutions to ensure alignment with Sales and Marketing.
  • Develop detailed monthly reporting on marketing activities and progress of marketing strategies.
  • Develop and manage a marketing budget to achieve event and Training objective.

The Successful Applicant

* Experience in the dental industry (not a requirement but highly regarded)
* Successful long term experience in event / education planning
* Degree or diploma in marketing
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent time management and project management skills including the ability to plan, set priorities and meet deadlines, as well as work flexibly to respond to incoming enquiries
* Understands the importance of great customer service
