Job Description



  • Design and deliver training programs for technology and CRM (Salesforce) initiatives


  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop tailored learning plans


  • Create engaging content: e-learning modules, guides, workshops, and simulations


  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions across diverse user groups


  • Collaborate with change, delivery, and tech teams to align training with project goals


  • Support user adoption through coaching, job shadowing, and post-go-live refreshers


  • Maintain and update knowledge management content for new systems and processes


  • Track training effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback

The Successful Applicant



  • Strong background in L&D or training delivery within tech or digital environments


  • Skilled in instructional design and creating blended learning solutions


  • Experience supporting CRM or system implementations (Salesforce ideal)


  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills


  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player


  • Able to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, practical content


  • Holds or is working towards Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122)


  • Passionate about driving change and improving user adoption through learning
