Job Description

  • Coordinate travel logistics for our field technicians and staff, including flights, accommodations, and vehicle rentals.
  • Maintain accurate travel records and manage expenses to ensure timely payments and compliance.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support operations across multiple branches.
  • Uphold company policies and industry standards to ensure safety and quality in all activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Travel Coordinator should have:

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS office systems.
  • Excel in communication, organisation, and teamwork.
  • Highly organised and able to work autonomously
  • Ability to take initiative and effectively problem solve
  • Previous experience as a travel agent or travel coordinator is highly desirable
