Job Description

  • Develop and execute revenue-driven sales strategies, including direct initiatives and channel partnerships, to meet business growth targets.
  • Serve as the public face of the company, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and representing the brand at major events.
  • Analyze market opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and implement structured methodologies to drive enterprise growth and recurring revenue.
  • Lead business development efforts, creating customer-specific value propositions and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Oversee Australian sales targets and P&L accountability while ensuring efficient import and delivery processes for products.

The Successful Applicant

  • A results-driven professional with mandatory experience in railway infrastructure, capable of meeting ambitious sales and P&L targets while effectively managing logistics and product delivery operations.
  • A strategic leader with a proven track record in developing and executing revenue-generating sales initiatives, including direct sales and channel partnership strategies.
  • A confident and credible representative, skilled in building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and promoting the company at key industry events.
  • An analytical thinker with expertise in market analysis, sales pipeline management, and applying structured methodologies to achieve enterprise growth.
  • A seasoned business developer with the ability to craft tailored value propositions and foster enduring client partnerships.
