Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
- Contribute to planning, development and delivery to ensure high-quality services are applied to students
- Manage day to day student vocational counselling sessions
- Upload and review student learning plans and provide support to students in need of guidance
- Implement plans and pathways upon release
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders including mental health services and community agencies
The Successful Applicant
Successful applicant will exhibit:
- Knowledge and experience in vocational training, mental health issues and flexible learning
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Capacity to use labour market and career information to assist with counselling
- Member of the CEAV or equivalent
- Proficient administration, time-management and Microsoft Office skills
